Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Data controller
- Company name: SilentForce S.L.U.
- Tax ID (NIF): B10874717
- Contact for data protection matters: info@silentforce.io
2. What data we process
This website has no forms and does not require registration. SilentForce processes personal data only when a person contacts us by email or telephone, and in that case only the data the person chooses to provide, such as name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of the message.
When the website is visited, the hosting provider processes technical data such as the IP address, browser type and time of access in order to serve the pages and protect the service against abuse.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering enquiries and preparing proposals. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract, and SilentForce's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Security and operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing personal data is voluntary and is not a statutory or contractual requirement. Without it, SilentForce cannot answer the enquiry or prepare a proposal.
None of this processing is based on consent. SilentForce does not use this data for decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a business relationship follows, for the periods required by commercial and tax law. Technical access data is kept by the hosting provider for a limited period according to its own policies.
5. Recipients and international transfers
SilentForce does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which acts as a data processor. Email is handled by Namecheap (Private Email). Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from SilentForce's own domain, so no data is sent to font providers when a page loads.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing by writing to info@silentforce.io. If SilentForce ever asks for your consent for a specific purpose, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
